Shipping policy

Order Processing

Items on our website are available and ready to ship within
3-4 business days unless otherwise stated. We process & ship orders on Monday through Thursday, excluding holidays when the UPS or USPS is closed. Orders placed after 3:00 pm EST will be processed on the next business day (Mon-Thurs) and then shipped.

Items that are not ready to ship will be processed as indicated
in the item listing and then shipped on the next shipping date.

Orders are shipped via USPS or UPS unless otherwise stated.
Tracking information, when applicable, will be provided.

If you need your order expedited, please contact us prior to
placing your order so we can discuss alternative shipping options.

 

Extreme Temperatures

Soy wax is sensitive to extreme hot or cold temperatures, and we take this into consideration when determining ship dates. Your shipment
may be delayed during extreme weather conditions. 

 

Damaged in Transit

If your item(s) arrive damaged, please contact us
immediately. We will ask you to send photos of the package and damaged items.
These photos will be required for us to file a claim with the post office or
UPS. Please do not throw out the damaged packaging or items until we have
confirmed if the shipping carrier will need to pick them up.

Items that are damaged during shipping will be replaced by
Soul2SoulCreations at no additional cost. If the item is no longer available, you
will have the option of selecting a comparable item.
